1. The service

The platform is provided for Archibald Tennis Academy players and authorized users. The Tennis Theory supplies supporting technology for video processing and biomechanics analysis.

2. Accounts and uploads

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and ensure they have permission to upload any video or personal information submitted to the platform.

3. Analysis limitations

Biomechanics reports are intended for tennis coaching and educational purposes. Video-based estimates and automated analysis may contain errors and are not medical diagnoses or guarantees of athletic performance.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are used for eligible analyses according to the package purchased or allocated. Failed analyses and timeouts are handled under the Refund and Credit Restoration Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material or access another person's account without authorization.
